The deadline for work submissions to the secretariat of International Hourglass Festival
Mahdi Ghomi, the executive secretary of International Hourglass Festival stated: Closing ceremony of festival will be on International Quds Day, therefore the participants can submit their works till 2018/03/21and then all works submitted will be judged.
